Consultation on proposed changes to Dudley's Transport Policy for children and young people with SEND

Dudley Council is inviting people to have their say on proposed amends to some of its school transport policy.

The local authority is reviewing how children under statutory school age and those entering further education settings with SEND will receive support with education transport.

The consultation process will welcome feedback from young people, parents, carers and educational settings over the next 90 days, with a mixture of online sessions and face to face meetings set to take place across the borough over the course of the consultation period.

It’s very important that you have your say and shape the services that you use.

People can read the consultation document at www.dudley.gov.uk/cyptransport and are invited to take part in the consultation at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/DudleyHTSTconsultation

Alternatively you can email us at the charity and we will make sure your views are given directly to the Local Authority : hello@welovecarers.org

The closing date for responses to the proposals is 6 June 2022.
